Neverland Gallery 運送政策｜Shipping Policy

一、包裝方式

所有作品皆由畫廊人員親自包裝：以多層防撞材料專業包裝，降低運送途中碰撞、彎折與壓痕的風險。

二、配送範圍與方式

・台灣本島：以專業宅配寄送，或預約至畫廊（台北市信義區虎林街164巷56號）現場取件。

・離島與海外：請先透過 LINE 或 Email 詢問，我們將依作品尺寸與目的地提供運費與方式報價。

・大型或高價作品：可安排專人配送或藝術品專業運輸，費用另行報價。

三、出貨時程

付款確認後，我們會以 Email 或 LINE 與您確認出貨日期；展覽期間展出中的作品，將於展覽結束後出貨。

四、運送保險與到貨檢查

・高價作品如需運送保險，請於下單前詢問。

・收件時請當場檢查外箱，並全程錄影開箱。若發現運送造成之損壞，請於收件後 3 日內 Email 至 art@neverland.gallery，並附上照片與開箱影片，處理方式依「銷售與換貨政策」辦理。

五、作品真品保證

・原作附藝術家簽名或畫廊收藏證書。

・限量版畫附藝術家簽名、限量編號與防偽鋼印。

請妥善保存證書與原包裝。

Packaging: Every work is hand-packed by our team with multi-layer protective packaging.

Delivery: Home delivery within Taiwan, or pick-up at the gallery by appointment. For outlying islands and international shipping, please contact us for a quote. Large or high-value works can be shipped by fine-art couriers on request.

Dispatch: After payment we will confirm the shipping date with you by email or LINE. Works currently on exhibition ship after the show closes.

Insurance & inspection: For transit insurance on high-value works, please ask before ordering. Please record an unboxing video; report any transit damage within 3 days to art@neverland.gallery.

Authenticity: Originals come with an artist-signed or gallery certificate; limited-edition prints are signed, numbered and embossed.
