Neverland Gallery Sales and Exchange Policy
All artworks sold at Neverland Gallery are either original, unique works by the artist or authorized limited editions, possessing high artistic value and collectible significance.
To protect your rights and maintain the quality and uniqueness of the artwork, please read the following instructions carefully before purchasing and confirm the style, size, material, and your collection needs.
I. Basic Principles
All items sold under this painting are non-refundable and non-returnable .
Exchange service is available only for " limited edition prints " under certain conditions.
If you have any questions about the artwork, please feel free to contact our customer service team before purchasing. We will provide you with complete information and professional advice to help you collect it with peace of mind.
II. Exchange Instructions
1. Original Artwork
All artworks sold at Neverland Gallery are original creations by the artists, possessing irreplaceable artistic value. No returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase .
All original works are sold as is. Collectors are advised to fully understand the condition of the work before purchasing and to check it immediately upon receipt to ensure their rights.
2. Limited Edition Print
Limited edition prints are limited-edition artworks created by artists and come with an individual number and certificate of authenticity.
Returns are not accepted for this type of work. However, if the defect is confirmed to be caused by non-human factors , an exchange can be requested.
III. Circumstances under which an exchange can be requested
If the limited edition print you receive meets the following conditions, we will provide an exchange service upon confirmation:
Damage to the artwork or broken frame caused during transportation (please provide a complete unpacking video for verification).
Error in shipment (the actual goods received do not match the order details).
IV. Situations where exchanges are not accepted
We regret that we cannot provide exchange services in the following situations:
Differences in perception caused by subjective factors of customers (such as color difference, style, size not matching expectations, etc.).
The product has been opened, hung, displayed, or shows obvious signs of use.
The work's certificate, accessories, or original packaging are incomplete.
Customized products (such as specified sizes, custom-made reproductions, special framing, etc.).
V. Exchange Application Process
Please contact this gallery via email within 3 days of receiving the goods and provide the following information:

Full unboxing video
Order Information

The consulate will review the application within 3 business days of receiving it and reply with the processing result.

If the conditions for exchange are confirmed, only the same item will be provided for replacement ; no other items will be provided as substitutes or cash compensation will be offered.

VII. Declaration
Please keep the certificate of authenticity, original packaging, and related accessories safe, otherwise your right to exchange the item will be affected.
If a customer repeatedly requests an exchange, refuses to accept the goods, or causes damage to the artwork due to personal reasons, the museum reserves the right to terminate the transaction and services.
Neverland Gallery reserves the right to the final interpretation and review of this policy.
