"Falling Fire" is an intensely personal piece, capturing a moment of internal collapse and profound vulnerability. While it shares the same spiritual lineage as the "Pluto" series – concerning the struggles of the "nameless" – this work more directly addresses the artist's recent psychological state.

The firebird in the painting is a projection of the artist's self. The most striking and painful element is the irony embedded in the "lightning bolt" – a weapon that once symbolized strength and optimism in past works, but now turns inward, piercing itself and causing it to fall. This image of self-devouring reveals a cruel reality: the very strength that once propelled us forward can sometimes become the weight that crushes us.

Large areas of white space surround the falling firebird, intensifying the feeling of isolation and weightlessness, making the descent appear even more silent and prolonged. It symbolizes a period of creative burnout, as well as the paradoxical state where "strength becomes a burden" on the arduous journey to pursue one's ideal realm.

However, by honestly documenting this fall, the artist acknowledges that even the most painful descent is part of flight. This is not just a self-revelation, but a raw and true message – dedicated to all who, in the pursuit of their dreams, have been burned by their own passion.
