Neverland Gallery Sales & Exchange Policy

All artworks sold by Neverland Gallery are unique originals by the artists or authorised limited editions, with significant artistic and collectible value.

To protect your rights and the quality and uniqueness of each work, please read the following carefully before purchasing and make sure the style, size and medium suit your collection.

1. General principles

All items sold by the gallery are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges are offered only for limited edition prints under the conditions below.

If you have any questions about a work, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to provide full information and advice.

2. Exchange policy

Original artworks

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces by the artist and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once sold.

Originals are sold as is. Please make sure you understand the condition of the work before purchasing and inspect it as soon as it arrives.

Limited edition prints

Limited edition prints are numbered editions made by the artist and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Prints are non-returnable, but may be exchanged if they have a defect not caused by the buyer.

3. When an exchange is possible

After our confirmation, we will exchange a limited edition print in the following cases:

  • The work or frame was damaged in transit (please provide a complete unboxing video).
  • Wrong item shipped (the item received does not match your order).

4. When an exchange is not possible

  • Subjective differences in expectation (e.g. colour, style or size not as expected).
  • The item has been unpacked, hung, displayed or shows signs of use.
  • The certificate, accessories or original packaging are incomplete.
  • Custom items (e.g. specified sizes, custom reproductions, special framing).

5. How to request an exchange

Please email us within 3 days of receiving the item with:

  • Photos of the item
  • A complete unboxing video
  • Your order details
  1. We will review your request and reply within 3 working days.
  2. Approved exchanges are for the same item only; no substitutions or cash compensation.

7. Notes

Please keep the certificate, original packaging and accessories; otherwise your exchange rights may be affected.

In cases of repeated exchange requests, refused deliveries or damage caused by the buyer, the gallery reserves the right to terminate the transaction and service.

Neverland Gallery reserves the right of final interpretation and decision on this policy.
