Japanese contemporary artists drawing on ukiyo-e and manga: Senko Takahashi’s shaped Edge series, which takes the face as its motif and merges 2D and 3D visual language; Sakura Aoki’s warm acrylic paintings of animals, poised between cute and real; and Aka Okumura’s “guro-kawa” works, where cute meets eerie.

All works are originals. View them in person by appointment at our gallery in Xinyi, Taipei.
