"Shoring Provisions" explores an individual's internal self-
dialogue, contemplating their place in life, the meaning of existence, and the awareness and gratitude for the support and companionship received throughout their life journey.
The artwork uses the wooden stretcher bars on the back of the canvas as a symbol, metaphorically representing the forces that silently support us throughout our growth and life journey – whether from family, friends, beliefs, or various encounters in life – it is these invisible yet indispensable pillars that enable us to move forward steadily.
